I spent almost 1 hour in this store because I have hard-to-find-appropriate-shoes kind of feet and it took a lot of time to try on several pairs of a shoes. The customer support person, Rosario, was very patient with me and pleasant to work with. I know I'm hard to please just because I know I'm going to spend a lot of money and I want my shoes to fit as perfect as possible. There were a lot of people in the store but Rosario was very attentive to my needs. She also gave me advice after receiving information from the machine that read the pressure of my feet. I would definitely recommend this store to other people as my friend recommended it to me. This store has a lot more than shoes for sale. The variety is very impressive.

I want to give a huge thank you to Azari! I just bought a pair of shoes here, and I’m honestly blown away. I’ve been dealing with severe plantar fasciitis lately, to the point where it hurt so much I could barely walk. But the moment I put on the shoes Azari recommended, the pain was gone. Before coming in, I had tried a pair that ChatGPT recommended, but they were too soft for me and made my ankles feel unstable. Azari, on the other hand, was able to figure out exactly what was going on with my feet just by looking at my foot shape, the way I walk, and even how I stand. As soon as I tried on the pair Azari picked out for me, I knew they were the perfect shoes. I tried on more than six pairs, and Azari stayed so patient, kind, and helpful the entire time without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. I’m so grateful for the experience. From now on, I’m getting all my shoes through Azari!

Incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! Great place to learn what your running gait needs with their foot analysis machine and educated staff. Great selection and good prices. I would highly recommend Run With Us.

I love and appreciate this place so much. Extremely respectful staff, professional, and just overall a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond bringing me multiple pairs of running shoes, asked how I liked each pair of shoes and if they were comfortable. The staff is knowledgable. They were patient while I tried on the shoes and just super chill. I will be back. Bravo. A+

I found Run With Us on Strava and decided to join their Mother’s Day run with my husband and son and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and kind. Such a great vibe. I even received a rose, which was such a sweet touch. We ran a fun 4K with an amazing group, and to top it off, we entered a raffle and won a great pair of Brooks shoes! The staff member who helped me was a total sweetheart. She really listened, made me feel comfortable, and invited me to their Monday 6 PM runs and other events it felt very personal and genuine. I also love that they collect used running shoes for low-income families. That truly says a lot about who they are. I’ll definitely be back for more runs and more shoes. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a supportive running community and great gear!

Heard this was the best running shoe store in SoCal and wouldn’t be surprised if that were the case! I took a gait test and peachy was amazing at helping me. Try on a few different shoe sizes with recommendations. I know they also have a running club that meets every week, clearly people working here are very passionate about the hobby and sport! Highly highly recommend.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and helped right away! Ray did a wonderful job explaining things to me, helped me feel comfortable finding shoes for myself as Ive always had a tough time finding shoes that fit on account of my very wide feet. He gave me options for different things based on my specific needs and didn't shoehorn me into buying one specific thing. Expert help, fantastic service. I will be recommending this store and their services!

I was recommended to come to this place, and I’m glad I did. Julius helped me find the perfect fit and explained some issues I might have with my foot while walking and running. Thanks to his help, I ended up getting a pair of Brooks, and I’m very happy with my purchase. The shoes feel extremely comfortable, especially the cushioning and heel support. Great customer service overall, and I’m looking forward to using them on my running days.
